Service Description
Join us to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and increase focus and clarity. Emerging research suggests sound therapy may lower stress hormones, improve mood, and reduce pain. Group sound bath sessions are held Tuesdays 4-5PM, Sundays 4:00-5:00PM, and the 1st Saturday of every month 11:00-12:00 PM
